Hello, please let me introduce myself.  My name is Michel Labrèche, “the North Broker”.
New to the real estate scene, but having worked in the industry for over 26 years as a notary, my experience is well suited to the challenges I have set for my company.

Real estate has always been my passion.   In 2003, I started the company “Domaine le Sanctuaire des Lacs”, a real estate project focusing on the sale of waterfront properties in Wentworth, near St-Sauveur and Morin Heights . Please visit the website I created for this project at www.monlac.com .  This endeavour fuelled my love for real estate projects and inspired me to complete my real estate agent and broker courses in parallel in 2004, all the while continuing to perform my duties as a notary. The possibility of creating and implementing new marketing techniques both stimulated and challenged me.

Those who know me know that I am diplomatic by nature, hardworking, devoted, honest and efficient. My philosophy is that fairness and equitability are essential qualities to succeed in the marketing and sale of a real estate.

The legal issues pertaining to real estate has become my area of expertise. The new challenges introduced by negotiation and marketing have fostered my creativity to innovate in a market where most are content to get the word out and wait to see what arises. My vast client base in real estate, and extensive network of contacts, coupled with my experience in real estate law and financing are the ingredients to succeed in assembling the most imposing real estate brokerage network in the Laurentians.

All real estate transactions are unique, whilst presenting similarities across the board.   “The North Broker” is well aware of that, hence the strengths of my whole team will be brought to bear on each project, on case-by-case- basis. Over my years as a notary, working 65 hours a week, I assembled a team of 12 employees, all the while maintaining a high quality level of service for my clients through both my offices in Saint-Sauveur and Laval .
